Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with
ValuationView ("ValuationView", "we", "us") is operated at valuationview.com. By creating an account or using the service you enter into an agreement with ValuationView. You can reach us at support@valuationview.com.
2. Acceptance
By registering an account, accessing the site or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you are using ValuationView on behalf of a company you confirm that you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual you confirm that you are of legal age in your country.
3. What the service is
ValuationView is a guided discounted cash flow (DCF) calculator. You enter financial figures manually and the service performs arithmetic on those inputs and stores the results in your account. We do not supply market data and we do not verify the numbers you type in.
4. No investment advice
All output is for general and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Valuations are highly sensitive to the assumptions you choose. Any investment decision is your own responsibility and made at your own risk.
5. Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of sanctions or securities law;
- commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of anyone;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, penetration testing, scraping, automated bulk access, or circumvention of plan limits or technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or its output as a competing product.
7. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. We retain all ownership of the service, including its software, models, documentation, design and branding. You retain ownership of the figures and notes you enter; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
8. Service level
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Plans, payment and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown on the pricing page, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from the billing page, in which case access continues until the end of the paid period. Billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy also applies.
10. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. You may close your account at any time. On termination we will make your stored valuations available for export for 30 days, after which they may be deleted.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, trading or investment losses, lost data or goodwill, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
14. Changes, assignment and force majeure
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
